A born and bred Hoosier, Andrea earned her degree from Indiana University while serving in the US Army Reserves. Her hard work, discipline, and passion have established her as a visionary leader, working to guide several companies through exponential growth.
Since 2019, she’s been leading the strategic vision of GroundBreakers, guiding it to new heights with not only revenue, but expanded operations in the Midwest and new service lines, including CCTV pipe inspection, private locating and line jetting.

Doug Taylor is a seasoned operations executive with over 20 years of experience in the construction and hydrovac industries. He started his career as a utility locator, where he learned not just how to mark buried utilities, but also the importance of protecting the community’s existing infrastructure from damage. These skills would prove invaluable as he made his move into the construction and utility industry.
Doug moved into the pipeline sector, filling in wherever he was needed. He then worked his way up to directional drill operator at his next position, eventually making his way into the hydrovac industry as a union operator, where he’s spent the last 15 years, working to reshape the excavation landscape.
Doug brings his boots-on-the-ground experience to GroundBreakers as the Director of Operations, where he’s responsible for leading the management team, union labor relations, scheduling new truck purchases, and implementing new service lines. Doug is known for his commitment to efficiency and safety, as well as his innovative approach to problem solving to meet individual customer’s needs.
In his free time, Doug enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in community development projects, and mentoring young professionals in the field.

A seasoned accountant, Jeff Langer brings 35 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership to his role as GroundBreakers’ Director of Finance. Jeff is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of streamlining system processes to better serve clients and stakeholders alike.
Working closely with the GroundBreakers executive team, Jeff ensures that the company’s financial strategies meet long-term business goals. He is an advocate for full transparency and accountability, and has been instrumental in data-driven decision making to support company growth initiatives.
Jeff holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh and an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, participating in trivia nights, and cheering on The Fighting Irish and Green Bay Packers.

With a background in accounting and hydrovac operations, Jamie Fults shifted her focus to safety in 2020 and never looked back. In her role as Safety and Compliance Officer, Jamie has developed the robust safety program GroundBreakers is known for. She brings over a decade of industry experience and oversees all safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategies for the company.
Jamie is known for her hands-on approach to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. She actively collaborates with operations leaders and field team members by listening to and implementing their input in order to continuously improve GroundBreakers safety culture.
Jamie is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and holds the Certified Safety Manager (CSM) certification from the National Association of Safety Professionals and the Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, as well as OSHA’s 30-hour construction certification. Her commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence works to maintain GroundBreakers status as an industry leader in safety practices.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children, and two labs. She is also a fierce autism advocate, working to ensure the rights of all those on the spectrum.

Larry Oliver brings close to three decades of experience to GroundBreakers in his role as Director of Utility Management. With a background in the utility and construction industries, Larry’s wealth of knowledge provides innovative solutions as he oversees the day-to-day operations of the GroundBreakers Private Locating, CCTV Pipe Inspection, and SUE Field Service Divisions.
Larry leads a skilled team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service through clear communication and accountability. His educational background includes Indiana University and Indiana Vocational Technical College, as well as certifications in PACP, LACP, and MACP through NASSCO, the leading source for trenchless technology education, resources, and advocacy. Larry is also a Staking University Certified Utility Locating Trainer, and is working to certify his entire team with Staking University, the gold standard in utility locating.
In his spare time, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife, adult children, and grandson. You can also find him at Disney World or at three-wheel rallies and events around the country with his Polaris Slingshot.

Eric Mandery began his career as a vac-truck laborer before moving into business development, operations, and everything in between. With his diverse background, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in underground utility locating and damage prevention to GroundBreakers in his role as Private Locating Manager.
Having spent nearly a decade in the industry, Eric’s deep understanding of best practices has helped position GroundBreakers as a trusted partner for projects big and small. His commitment to accountability, proactive problem-solving, and cutting-edge technology ensure the highest level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
With a dedication to safety and compliance, Eric ascertains every project minimizes risk while maximizing efficiency. Eric is OSHA 30 certified and also holds PACP, LACP & MACP certifications from NASSCO. As a Staking University trainer, he’s able to bring all of GroundBreakers’ utility locators up to the industry’s gold standard of Staking University certified.
In his free time, Eric is active in his church with his wife and son and enjoys bodybuilding. As an IndyCar & F1 fanatic, you can find him at various racetracks around the country.
Having served in the U.S. Marine Corp and the Indiana Army National Guard, Curtis Gilbert comes to GroundBreakers as Ohio Operations Manager with vast experience behind him. In addition to his military background, Curtis has spent three decades in the construction and hydrovac industries. With his expertise, as well as his commitment to providing exceptional customer service and leading by example, Curtis was the obvious choice to expand GroundBreakers operations into Ohio.
In his role as Ohio Operations Manager, Curtis brings his expertise in operations and logistics, as well as his passion for building strong teams and customer relationships. By creating an environment of collaboration and innovation, Curtis is working to reshape the excavation industry in Ohio with an eye toward the future.
In his free time, Curtis enjoys spending time with his four children and seven grandchildren. As an avid aviator, you can often catch him flying high in the Ohio skies.

With 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Anthony Norman has excelled in various roles, including gas pipeline, civil construction, site development, building trades (both commercial and residential), hazardous cleanup and remediation. For the past 13 years, he has specialized in hydrovac excavation, contributing significantly to the expansion of GroundBreakers through his dedication and the support of the company’s strong, positive leadership team.
Anthony has consistently performed tasks with quality, precision, and professionalism, whether as part of a crew or as a crew leader. His current goal is to ensure GroundBreakers’ equipment remains safe, excellent, DOT compliant, job-ready, and reliable for both operators and clients, as the company continues to grow into a promising future.
